1st May every year is a day set aside to commemorate International Labour Day worldwide.

📍It is also a day to show gratitude to those who have been a stepping stone and a support to us within and even out of our workplaces* 🫡. This is significant because the show of gratitude is one of the push factors for workers’ engagement or commitment and hence greater productivity🫠.
